Okowa has all the qualities of being Vice President - Spokesman
Mr. Olisa Ifeajika, Chief Press Secretary to Delta Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, has stated that his boss has all the qualifications to be President of Nigeria.
On Monday, May 30, Ifeajika said this in response to analyst comments about Okowa on Arise TV.
Analysts were arguing the virtues and weaknesses of several Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members who were being considered as vice presidential candidates for the party's presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
The governor's spokesman, speaking to journalists at Government House Asaba, said the accusations against his boss were insulting and smelt of basic ignorance of politics by those who made the analysis.
He claimed that Okowa possessed the necessary experience to be president but refused to run owing to personal reasons.

"In the last two days, the media has been flooded with headlines about the PDP primaries, its conclusion, and what would happen next."
I'm not sure when onlookers became serious politicians voting for politicians. For those who understand politics, we know that following the presidential primaries, the party officials and the candidate will meet to settle on the running mate. It is not completed in a single day or soon following the conference; He argued that Okowa has the necessary experience to be president but chose not to run for personal reasons.
According to him:

"You don't have to be a star anywhere; the party takes time to see who will join the presidential candidate to win the election, and I am confident the party will accomplish just that."
Ifeajika went on to say that Okowa has handled difficult jobs for the party, which contributed to his credentials as a nationalist.
