Reactions Trail Wike, Amaechi's Return To Port Harcourt

Reactions have trailed the return of both Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and the immediate past Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, to Port Harcourt, the state capital.

Naija News earlier reported that Wike landed at the Port Harcourt International Airport after his vacation in Turkey amid turbulence in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The Rivers Governor arrived in Port Harcourt on Saturday afternoon in the company of his Abia State counterpart, Okezie Ikpeazu.

Both Governors were warmly received at the airport by their aides and political supporters.

Also, Amaechi after spending days abroad, Amaechi landed at the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa, and moved to the APC state secretariat in the state.

Speaking his supporters, Amaechi said that no matter their feelings about the outcome of the primaries, APC is the party they must vote for.

However, some Nigerians have taken to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to express their views regarding the return of the two leaders to Port Harcourt.
